I was very excited to asked to take part in another of Stockwith Mill's open days for spring, to inspire couples with my foiled stationery this time around. The design brief given to me was a hot pink and vibrant orange colour scheme to make a big and bold statement in the venues beautiful barn setting. Which would compliment all the colourful flowers which would be on display from the florist. The venue wanted to set the tables for afternoon tea to show couples the room set up so I offered to use their exact menu details to help display this. To match the vintage china that they use for afternoon tea I wanted to provide a retro vibe to the menus so I used a retro style font to provide a modern twist to each place setting. I also selected a blush pink card with hot pink foil for the design to really pop off of the fuchsia pink napkins. It looked absolutely stunning and such a fun colourful brief to work on. This open day really did inspire couples getting married in the spring or summer months with something completely unique.
