SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Lead Times
All orders are made to order so do allow 1 week for processing for me to create them for you.
Shipping Times
For UK customers orders will be posted First Class which usually takes an estimated 1-2 working days to arrive once dispatched. Unless your item is Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive the next working day.
International customers take an estimated 5-7 working days to arrive once dispatched. (please allow extra time through customs)
Please note: Estimated Delivery Times which are stated by Royal Mail, I cannot guarantee you will receive your item within that time frame. If you do not receive your item within the estimated time frame given please email me about your issue.
Rush Orders
If you need your order in a rush please let me know as I would make it a priority to work on for you.

Alterations/Cancellations/Returns
Alterations to All items:
 All alterations must be made within 1 hour of purchase. Your order will be started after this time. If you would like to make any alterations, you will be charged for them again.
Cancellations:
 All cancellations must be made within 1 hour of purchase. Your order will be started after this time. If you would like to cancel after this time I'm afraid a refund cannot be given.
Returns:
Custom/Bespoke & Personalised items cannot be returned under any circumstances. It is in your interest to order a sample to check you are happy with the item(s)

Returns On Non-Personalised items:
If you receive the item and in the unlikely event you are not happy with it, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer pays return postage within 7 days of receiving the item. In an unused condition. Once item(s) is received you will receive a refund. It is in your interest to order a sample to check you are happy with the item(s)
Order not arrived:
Unfortunately on the rare occasion if you order has got lost in the post. It may have got delayed, but if it is over due, please get in touch so we can solve the issue.
Order Damaged on arrival:
If your order has been damaged in the post please get in touch so we can solve the issue.
