How to display your Table Plan

Rea Shaw How to display your table plan Table plan ideas

If your looking for some inspiration on how to display your table plan then I have the perfect selection of ideas right here.
Choosing the right style of display to fit in with your day is very important as it is one of the first things your guests will be greeted with as they enter inside your beautiful dressed venue.
For a formal wedding theme it is more fitting to perhaps use a mirror which will reflect the decor beautifully, foiled table plan cards will look very glamorous against the glass. To adhere them just use a double sided adhesive.
Another idea is using a frame with co-ordinating mount board with your table plan cards attached to the front behind the glass. Again adhere with double sided adhesive.
Have fun with your table plan, this is from a bohemian styled wedding theme, by making some holes in the top of the cards you can attach some ribbon and tie around a hoop to make a fun creative display which will wow your guests.
One of my personal favourite's is a map style. My Table Plan Luggage Tags from the Sweetheart Collection are perfect for adding to a map as they indicate travel. You can change the table numbers to names as done in the picture below to help indicate the places of your tables. This maybe your favourite holiday desination's you have been on together. It makes a very personal touch and a great talking point for your guests. A few ways to attach your tags to your map are wooden pegs or drawing pins.
If you are after something more informal for a more casual wedding, here are lots of other ways to display your table plan such as crates and ladders either displayed in frames or pegged with twine or ribbon. This would fit in lovely for a barn or outdoor wedding theme.

These acrylic boxes really do make a nice statement peice, fill will flowers, twinkle lights or even confetti, that you could release later on that evening for a show stopper!

So I hope these ideas have helped inspire you to choose a table plan to suit your theme and reflect your personalities.

It is one of the most fun items to create for your day but equally the most stressful as guests dropping out near to the wedding can have the dominio effect. But I will touch on this another time as that's a whole other blog post.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below and if you have any enquiries about a bespoke table plan design please get in touch, I would love to bring your idea to life.
